- Aloha everyone,
My name is Jose A. Perez. I was born and rise in Madrid, Spain. I moved to Hawaii in 2003 to do my masters degree in Information Systems – living and working in the islands since I graduated back in 2005.
I just enjoyed the TechHui.com community and wanted to introduce myself.
I am 35 years old Computer and Telecommunication Engineer with 10+ experience in the IT industry. My background is not much in programming – it has been more focused on networking, LAN and WAN technologies, routing, switching and every thing involved on Data Center operations – currently Cisco Systems Certified. I think that IT is playing a great role in the Hawaii’s businesses arena and I would like to be part of it.
I like to enjoy outdoors sports and the nice climate with have here in Hawaii during my free time. As for food, I like pretty much every thing but “too spicy’ meals. I love sushi and Hawaiian style meals ( Lau-Lau and poke are two of my favorites). I am always open to hear about good places to eat poke.
I hope that everyone out there is having a good day and please don’t hesitate to contact me and drop a line if you ever need something that I could help you with.
