As for iPhone development...It's easier than you think, although you do need to learn how to program in Objective-C...But that's pretty easy too. You just have to buy the $99 license from Apple, download the SDK, oh, get yourself an iPhone and you're good to go.
They have a bunch of little sample apps on getting OpenGL ES up and running, setting up a view...Using the accelerometers, etc...I think the biggest hurdles are 1) coming up with your own ideas and 2) creating a good method of getting user input (since there aren't any buttons or tactile feedback)...

It's a 3D engine that you can use to develop stuff for the desktop, web, iPhone and Wii...Been wanting to pick it up but there's a big bruhaha at Blue Lava (shake up of management, might lose our jobs, etc)...So guess it'll have to wait for the time being...
I see Jacques and Malcolm walking around town every now and then, but that's pretty much all I see from BAE these days.

Long time no speak! Yeah I create a couple of iPhone ones that are currently selling on the App Store. Unfortunately, there are so many coming out on a daily basis, they quickly get buried...So they're only making a couple bucks a day now...Gotta get cracking again...
