Ya, the mac pro with quad 2.66 is definitely super fast but where you will see increases in performance with video is by loading it up with tons of RAM
Hi John,
By default I don't think Wordpress does any caching but you can try looking to see if they have any plugins installed like WP-SuperCache. If they do, those plug-ins should have a setting to clear the cache or turn off caching completely....
