Great presentation (at QCon) by Ilya Grigorik on Tokyo Cabinet and Tokyo Tyrant, and the latter's inclusion of a Lua processor that is integrated with the data base, so that Lua functions become embedded within the data base and can be executed within calls to the data base. Cool!
