Hawaii Geek Week 2009

This year marks the 30th anniversary of HMAUS.org !!
Annually HMAUS holds its traditional technology showcase, Mactoberfest in October. This year in line with its 30 years in Honolulu, HMAUS, is expanding its venue to partnering with others to make people aware of what is currently going one in technology. So with the collaborations, the Mactoberfest event, has expanded into Hawaii Geek Week 2009!
This shows the progress and acceptance HMAUS has made in the community. Events will be held from October 18th to 25th at Leeward and Kapiolani Community Colleges to make it easier for a larger number of people to learn good educational and social-media-aware topics and to join HMAUS as members so that this work can continue.
